A blend of every red variety Joe Swick works with - Syrah, Pinot Noir, Mourvedre, Malbec, Graciano, Sangiovese, Cabernet Sauvignon, Nebbiolo; with a dash of Marsanne and Pinot Gris for some added freshness. The grapes are sourced from Oregon and Washington, and the juice is drawn from free run barrels and fermented spontaneously. Unfiltered, unfined. This wine is focused and fruit-forward, with prominent notes of dried cherry, dried strawberry and ripe cranberry with a touch of spice. With ‘Bring It’, Swick was aiming for a full-bodied yet fresh wine that’s both great with food or on its own - consider it ‘Brought!’
